After a coffee and welcome brief, we begin our day with a guided walk around the woodland delving deep in to mother natures larder.

Campfire Bakery – This is one of our favourite ways to gather around the campfire! and who can resist a sweet, homemade treat! Today, we will focus on a variety of sweet recipes, delving deep back in history, and using some primitive recipes.  In the first session, you will learn how to bake delicious scones in the Dutch oven, carefully managing the fire to give us that perfect result. A delicious lunch, with a twist, will be served by your host chef. Before we move on to the afternoon session. 

In the afternoon session, we will look at a variety of bread recipes. Some dating back thousands of years. Each recipe has been carefully selected to show you a variety of Wilderness Cookery methods.
