So\, let’s kick off the day with a hot drink around the campfire.  \nIn today’s session we will focus on the preparation and cookery of Rabbit and wood pigeon. We will delve deep into mother nature’s larder\, choosing the very best of seasonal produce on offer to us here on the estate.  Today you will create a delicious 3 course meal\, skills and memories that you can take away to share with the whole family. Our starter will be wood pigeon\, followed by a rabbit main course and to finish off the day it’s a delicious fruit crumble\, perfectly cooked over the hot coals of the campfire and served with mothers’ vanilla custard!  \n  \nWe ask that under 18’s are accompanied by an adult.
