Join us here at our Camp Katur basecamp and learn how to prepare and cook Fish over the campfire using the Ancient Canadian Fish Flag method. You may have seen us recently on the BBC 2 show – Robson Greens Weekend escapes showcasing this method.
Today you will learn how to prepare the perfect campfire for cooking, Selecting the correct wood and maintaining that perfect temperature for cooking. You will create a delicious 2 course lunch to enjoy around the campfire, using locally sourced ingredients.
