Join us for a unique outdoor culinary experience in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales.

This immersive, hands-on day begins with fishing, where you’ll have the opportunity to catch your own fresh rainbow trout. Then, back at our woodland basecamp, you’ll learn how to build the ideal bushcraft cooking fire and prepare your fish using the traditional technique of ponassing — filleting and cooking over hot coals.

You’ll enjoy a delicious two-course wilderness lunch, created using the freshest ingredients and cooked entirely outdoors, surrounded by nature.
