Today’s adventure focuses on connecting with Mother Nature’s larder as we forage for fresh, seasonal ingredients to complement our wilderness kitchen creations.

During this hands-on course, you’ll learn to fish for rainbow trout, master the art of preparing it, and cook it to perfection using the traditional Canadian fish flag method. This wholesome and fulfilling experience is perfect for individuals of all skill levels—no prior experience is necessary.
