Join our 2023 Coastal Survival Expedition on one of the most beautiful islands in the world. No experience necessary. This weekend is not a test of endurance, it’s an opportunity for everyone to learn, and practice essential coastal survival techniques. Rum is renowned for its sheer beauty and diverse collection of wildlife. From its resident Deer population to soaring eagles and the majestic Whales and sharks who roam the seas around this little Gem of an island. The Island is steeped in history and on our expedition, we will see some of the oldest human settlements in Scotland.

We will immerse ourselves into the wilderness, forage for our meals, catch fish and crabs and learn how to live self sufficiently on the shores of the island. This weekend is open to absolute beginners. Our experienced staff will guide you through and offer continuous support throughout. As part of the experience, we will be wild camping for x2 nights, this will require a 4.8-mile walk on a relatively flat track. Don’t worry if it’s your first time camping, our guides will cover all the essential skills needed.
